The service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week, even on public holidays and Fridays.

Can I change my phone number without be present in one of branches using this service?

You will be able to submit a request to change the phone listed in the system, and then you will be contacted by the back office team, to make sure that you are the one who submitted the request and to complete the procedure as followed.
